As for this most recent purchase I dealt with Nicole Garrett in Sales and Rebecca Regii in Finance Rebecca, Nicole was responsive to my questions regarding active inventory availability, and questions regarding options on those in stock answering promptly and directly. Once that point was settled my wife and I went up the next day to meet her and we found the vehicle to be just what we were looking for option wise, and negotiated the finer points of the deal to purchase the vehicle. When dealing with the topic of financing the vehicle we found Rebecca to be informed, helpful and a NO PRESSURE pleasure to deal with...Once again in my opinion this was a easy enjoyable transaction overall and when I am in the market in the future for my next vehicle rest assured Bennett is where I will start AGAIN More

The process was pleasant until pressuring to purchase offers at financing ! I did not understand this a law & is required so this should not reflect negatively on Rebecca. This leaves a bad taste especially after you just negotiated a sale price & then want to add on! i bought a cover & installed myself. bought an insert on chevy website & paid for installatiion, now bennet wants to charge me to remove my cover to install the insert!! seems a little petty to me after the amount of money to be spent here! that is just bad business. 1/2-hour labor for removing & replacing 4 clamps! I'll go over at lunch & do it myself! More

Alex Sayer, the sales staff that initially responded to my inquiry, was there to greet me and was transparent from the beginning to end. Sadly we ran into a rough patch, mainly on my end, hence why we couldn't complete the transaction that same day.
