Outstanding service! In searching for a new vehicle, I was in contact with two other dealerships, and also with Rebecca at this one before I even visited any of them. Out In searching for a new vehicle, I was in contact with two other dealerships, and also with Rebecca at this one before I even visited any of them. Out of the three, this one was the most helpful. Rebecca answered all my emails very quickly on the same day, as opposed to the other two dealerships where one took days to call me back, and the other one who kept having me deal with multiple sales reps, and I would have to start all over with each one. I felt like the service I was getting from Bennet Chevrolet was informative and professional before I even came to look at a vehicle. That made me feel at ease, and I decided that I was going to purchases from them. I purchased within 24 hours of first contact with Rebecca, as opposed to communicating with the other two for over a week. Rebecca had my vehicle ready at the door upon my arrival. She gave me a tour of the Equinox lt, and showed me how it worked. I took it for a test drive. When we got back, she showed me more details on how to use the car, which was very helpful for me. Some dealerships in the past have offered to let me come back for a "class on how to use your car" after you buy it. Not here! Rebecca showed me everything, and no matter how silly my questions were, she answered professionally and I appreciated that. I'm not tech savvy, and I felt comfortable asking her things. She helped connect my phone, and was there with me when I set up the OnStar. She really did explain everything so well. I felt like she showed me a lot in detail. She was very personable, very nice, and was never pushy at all! Between that, her professionalism, and knowledge of the vehicle, I felt confident in purchasing right away. I applied for financing, and it was all straight forward. Nothing unexpected, no surprises. The price of the vehicle and monthly payments was exactly what was already discussed with Rebecca. Bill explained some add on options in detail, and I again felt very informed. He was very nice, and straight forward. I appreciated that. Another thing I liked was that I was in and out in about two hours. It wasn't your usual "spend all day at the dealership" as I've done at others. I am very happy with how my purchase went, and would highly recommend this dealership. I will very likely be buying from them again. More
