The sales department is great. However, the service department needs help with customer service. The service dept should have someone to greet customers once they pull into the garage. I felt lost and didnt like the fact I had to be waited to be seen and stood at the desk 5 mins before someone acknowledged me standing there. More

Working with Reggie at Jackson was an awesome experience. Very easy to do business with and made the car buying experience very pleasant.
