Appointments are very useful! I showed up on time. Someone met me and got my information. They promised it would be a short visit. I was in and out in less than an hour and the I showed up on time. It was a warranty claim so there was no cost to me. While I was waiting, I was able to go on a test drive in a car that my daughter was considering. More

I returned to make my purchase through Reggie because of his friendly, professional and upbeat attitude. It wasn’t the absolute best offer, but his demeanor and the overall dealership experience was well worth it. Kelly (finance) was very personable and knowledgeable. She assisted me with an unusual tag situation and handled it very professionally.
