While we are sympathetic to your feelings, the vehicle was purchased "AS IS", which means the customer takes the vehicle just like it is and nothing is done to it, up to and including touching up any scratches. Your daughter did come in for some touch up paint, and out of goodwill, our General Sales Manager had the bumper painted for her at no cost, saving her the expense of touch up paint.
