After test driving both cars, I easily found the car that I wanted. It took much longer than I expected to get my trade-in value assessed and to get all of the paperwork finished. Very poor performance. Got there at 11:30 didn’t get to see Reggie until after 3:40 (out to lunch). I hope you have more than one person taking care of cash customers. Had to wait without being able to have lunch finally got to leave after 4:30 without the car. I almost called the whole thing off, took way to long. More
