My experience with internet sales at this dealership is lack of communications between salesperson and manager. The vehicle that I was interested in had been sold by another salesperson before I was able to offer a chance to negotiate a deal. Manager kept it quite without offering a bid to counteroffer. Although there were 4 interested parties, no request was mentioned for a deposit to "really" interested individual. Needs to improve to do business on internet.
Babydoc, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am sorry to hear about your experience. Bidding on vehicles is not something that we do. That is not to say that you should not have been told sooner about the sale of the car you were interested in, we have three stores and all three can sale from the same inventory on a daily basis.
