I found Chuck to be professional, knowlegeable, friendly and patient (as I spent several months car shopping). He kept me 'in the loop' every step of the way-great communication. There was a small hiccup with the delivery process, but Ric and Chuck made up for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciated. Also, a 'shout-out' to Conor O'Somachain in the finance dept. He made signing finance papers an 'almost pleasant' experience!! He was efficient and great at explaining options (in regards to optional warranties), not to mention, very personable. More

My great experience at the Cincinnati BMW Store! This is the 5th BMW I have leased in 14 years. The last 4 have all been from the BMW Store and I would never go anywhere else. The sales people are top notch and the service department is friendly and efficient. My last experience leasing my newest BMW (which was just this past Saturday) was exceptionally gratifying. I struggled over several cars not knowing which one to select and my salesman Paul Kolleck and the sales manager Ric Koresky were patient, helpful and enjoyable to work with. I am so glad to be back in a BMW (I tried a domestic car for two years and was disappointed). When this lease is up I will be right back to the BMW Store on Stewart Road to lease a new one! More
