I had an issue with a previous service so this time I just mentioned it to the service manager Ricardo Rodriguez. He was so kind and understanding of not only my issue, as it related to me, but as it rel just mentioned it to the service manager Ricardo Rodriguez. He was so kind and understanding of not only my issue, as it related to me, but as it related to the company as a whole. Ricardo really made me happy that I have chosen Toyota of Downtown LA as my dealership! And not only that but they were also able to complete the service and all other maintenance on my vehicle in considerably less time than estimated! I truly can not say enough about how impressed with Toyota of DTLA I am, service staff, sales, and management are just the best I've experienced in any company not just in a car dealership, I wouldn't take my business anywhere else! After my initial complaint, a rep reached out to me. They didn’t offer anything to make up for the missteps or the pricing. They apologized, but offered nothing. They were able to find the car in the color I wanted and offered it to me, which I appreciated. When I went to pick up the car all the reps I spoke with were very kind. They didn’t charge me for the rental, which I appreciated, and they took $300 off the total cost. I still paid $6k over the true market value of the vehicle and there was a package including in the price of the first vehicle I pre-ordered that was not included in the vehicle they offered me, but not one person mentioned this. It was a $1000 weather package. I didn’t realize the package wasn’t included until a couple of days after I had the car. I left a message for one of their managers about this and still have not heard back. More
