As I was in the search of finding exactly what I wanted I came across my car online at Heritage Ford. I inquired and that night, Bill LaBonte had my name on the vehicle. I waited two months for this vehicle to arrive to the dealership and Bill was great at communicating any delays or updates about my car, and was always quick to respond any questions I had. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and I felt like I had known the staff at Heritage Ford for years, like we were old friends. As an out-of-state buyer and a young first-time buyer of a brand new vehicle, I was a little nervous but Teresa in finance made it so easy and throughly went through each page so I understood what I signing. I appreciated that she allowed me to make decisions on my own without hard selling me on add-on packages or insurance. This was a wonderful first experience buying a car and I’d recommend Heritage Ford to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. The staff are exceptional! More

I wanted a Black Diamond Bronco which felt next to impossible to ever get. Rich, the salesman that I worked with was persistent in trying to find me exactly what I was looking for. Areg was so helpful. I was super particular in what I wanted and he went out of his way to try and find a good fit for me. He talked me through everything with patience a I was super particular in what I wanted and he went out of his way to try and find a good fit for me. I found it very frustrating to get offered less money for my car at the dealership i bought it from compared to a random dealership not even in vermont. I began my journey inquiring about a lease. The gentleman that replied to my email, Rich Bettinger with Heritage Ford, took some time to answer some questions. He checked in with my progress but was never pushy or aggressive. Rich let me know that he would be on vacation the week of 12.27.21, this coincided with my vacation as well. Before his vacation he let me know that a 2019 Ford Escape was inventoried and encouraged me to come in for a test drive. My experience at the dealership was good qnd informative regarding lease vs owning. If I am in the market again, I would return to this dealership. Jason Maes was a great guy to work with during my many questions and ultimate purchase of a car. Pleasant to work with, I felt he listened to me and what I could do payment wise. I would recommend him to a friend. It was by luck we got to work with Jason, I was fortunate with my timing. Theresa Moss was the person I worked with in finance. She was great to work with regarding the information I needed to make some final decisions. She was able to assist me with some financial opportunities during this process that enabled me to attain some additional insurance coverage. I appreciated working with her. A great group of folks to work with made it easy to want to fill out this survey. More
