Rich then worked for Montclair Volvo for 13 more years. He has been with Prestige Volvo since October of 2008.

Brought my car in for service and walked into sales to check out the new cars. As usual everyone was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile. Was informed that had to pay $5000 over MSRP! That’s was the breaking point at first the salesman asked questions about what I wanted to buy or lease but once I found the car I wanted. I felt he and his manager didn’t work to get me in the car. Usually you get someone to help you explain what you can and can’t get and try to sale you a car. Felt they did not want my business and was really disappointed in the visit. More
