He worked to have the car detailed, transfer my plates and registration from my trade-in, contact my insurance company to switch over my policy and deliver the car in less than 24 hours after I first walked into the dealership. He is definitely the best salesperson that I have ever worked with. Rich was also awesome to work with. He explained all of options that were available to me and respected my decision to decline the options that I felt weren't needed. I felt that he always had my best interests in mind, opposed to his own. The overall car buying experience was pain free and perfect. More

We did not feel we were under any pressure to make an immediate decision on any step in the sales process. The Business Manager explained all our options and we again did not feel pressured to choose one over the other. That is a good thing when buying a car. Fred listened to what I wanted, helped me explore the features of the car on the test ride, provided answers to my questions and didn't pressure me to make a decision or push a deadline.
