Pilla) that I’ve known for 3 years and he helped me build my 2019 WRX with all the upgrades I wished and the car arrived sooner than expected in immaculate condition with all ordered specifications. Another super guy (R. Johnson) walked me through the financials and paperwork effortlessly. Overall, an easy going and enjoyable experience for the second time in 3 years. Fred Fogel, our Subaru sales representative was a total gem. While on vacation in the Brewster area in May, my husband and I sat down with Fred to discuss our purchase options for the Crosstrek. He was honest and informative. He did not pressure us. Over the course of June, we started to look at the Impreza instead of the Crostrek. We met with many dealers in the tri-state region. We were not satisfied with what we were hearing. Their dishonesty and obfuscation were discouraging. We called Fred and, even though Brewster Subaru was over an hour and a half-hour away, knew it would be best to lease from him. We could not be happier or more thrilled with our new car and the staff at Brewster Subaru. More
