I did not feel rushed and he really took the time to explain all the features of the new car. I've had recent dealings with two other major non-Subaru dealerships and no-one could compare to Mitch. My decision to buy a car was narrowed down to 3 different manufactures and Mirtch was the deciding factor. I also enjoyed working with Rich Johnson. He was so well informed in the financing side of the dealership. He really made me feel that my Subarau buying decision was the right one. Keep up the great work Brewster Subaru, we'll be back when we need a car and we will be sure to recommend Mitch and Rich when someone we know is in the market for a car. Even when we went back and told another dealer our price, he recommended we take it at Brewster Subaru!!! That was just the beginning of our Subaru experience. We met with General Mgr, Nelson Demelo who gave us our pricing. He was so easy to talk to and answered all our questions honestly and efficiently...and as a bonus was very funny!!! We did feel like family. Our salesman Anthony Pilla was knowledgeable and took an amazing amount of time with us!!!..and again...was incredibly funny!! Rich Johnson was precise and knowledgeable and spent over an hour with us...we went through each paper and he answered all out questions...we chatted and had...fun!! This was the easiest, most pain free and money saving car buying experience I have ever had....amazingly EVERYONE we met was nice ...and incredibly FUNNY! Outstanding!! I was looking to purchase a Forester and trade in two Honda's I now own because we only need one car. My sales associate was Ralph Nicolais. The purchase price and the amount given for my two trade-ins was very fair and reasonable. They did not have the Forester with options I wanted so they searched and found one over 150 miles north of the dealership. Rich Johnson the Business Manager did a great job explaining all my options for extended warranties Subaru offers. Ralph did a great job when I picked up my car explaining all of the features it came with and told me to call him if I had any questions. He called me three days after I picked up the car to see how I was enjoying my new car and if I had any questions. Great experiance. More
