We took up a lot of his time with a vehicle we later decided against. He was not bothered by this at all. He said he knew what we wanted and would keep us in mind,. A few days later, he called with a car we might like. We bought that car after the test drive. I would like to commend Andre Reid for his knowledge of Subaru product, genuine concern for the customer and the ability to explain all those buttons one more time... with patience !!! More
