Rich Johnson has been in the auto industry for over 40 years and with Subaru for over 18. He has been married for 22 years to his beautiful wife Donna. As a Connecticut resident, he knows his Subaru will get him through our tough winters. Also, as an avid dog lover, his favorite Subaru is the Outback because it has lots of room in the back for his dogs! He loves being part of the Brewster Family and his door is always open to customers for any questions, concerns or to share dog pictures. Just don't get him started on his favorites: The Sopranos, The Yankees, his favorite bands Eagles & Steely Dan, Sinatra, old movies...or trains!

I scheduled an appointment to view a car that I researched from the online inventory. My 10 year old daughter was with me and the first thing that stood out was how everyone greeted her and shook h researched from the online inventory. My 10 year old daughter was with me and the first thing that stood out was how everyone greeted her and shook her hand like she was no different than an adult. She LOVED being included and respected. I did end up purchasing the car that I came to see and the entire process was so easy-going and relaxed. They were very descriptive with answering questions and providing details and I did not feel pressured at any point. The customer service was so genuine, kind and easy: I definitely recommend Brewster Subaru! More

Once again, I shopped around and no dealer could match what Brewster Subaru can offer. Another dealer was surprised at what Brewster was including, and said "we can't match what they're offering you". V what Brewster Subaru can offer. My experience at Brewster Subaru was First Class! !! Mitchell Pollack, salesperson, was superb! He managed our car needs with poise, patience, without assumptions and with respect. The no pressure attitude was awesome. All our questions were answered and none were ever thought to be too simple or outrageous. I spoke with both Mitchell and Rich about the quality of service nowadays and how rare it is to find a company or organization that values and respects the consumer. I mentioned reactions to the diverse generational groups, gender groups, and consumer groups and made it clear that during our visits to Brewster Subaru there was a level of acceptance, understanding snd respect. As a mother of young women, I appreciated the value of service received. Mitchell may have sold a car for Brewster Subaru, but he also “sold” quality customer service with timely feedback, follow up, support and reassurance. My daughter and I are grateful Mitchell walked us through this process. Thank you and please continue providing quality service to all members of our community!!!! More
