Richard did not address my issue with the shaking engine and told me that I never mentioned it which I did. I was then told I need to bring the car back again and pay an additional free to get that looked a and told me that I never mentioned it which I did. I cannot go without my car for another week. He also proceeded to argue with me on the phone. Better notes should be taken. Extremely unprofessional. I want this fee waived and the problem to be looked at. I also would like a different advisor that knows proper communication skills and owns a mistake when they make one. More
