Had my rear passenger break lock up. The Pads, Rotor, Caliper & and Caliper support parts AND the Pads & Roter on the other side had to be changed too (to keep the braking system even). The dealer charge for both parts & labor came to just under $1,000. OUCH! But wait, here’s the good news....my extended warranty covered that right rear break that caused both sides to have to be changed. So my final bill, came out to $298 complete w/tax. That extended warranty covered more than 2/3 of my out of pocket cost.
The moral of this story? If your going to purchase your car, spend a little more up front. Remember Murphy’s First Rule of Law........$^-t ALWAYS WILL HAPPEN!!!!

Our 2018 Tucson went in for service. This is the second Hyundai we own. It is always a good experience and Rich Spalletta always takes care of me and both my Hyundai's.
Experienced trouble accelerating so had car towed in. Was late for work and they provided courtesy ride while they diagnosed the issue. No issue found and they didn't try to sell me service that wasn't required. Very helpful and honest.
Everyone is very nice and helpful. They were a "little" behind but they kept us informed and did not do service that was not needed. They were not pushy at all.
