Dishonest, and unethical Wish i could give zero stars. Me and wife bought a crv at this dealership in November. After coming to a agreement with the salesman we were told to return the next day to sign loan with the finance guy. Next day we meet with Richard Cirami and were told we had 2 options the lower rate was with teachers credit union. Richard told us to get the service agreement which was $2500 i refused but he told me that the bank wont do the loan without it, so we agreed, That day i had my 2 year old so we did not exactly read all the papers before signing it. 2 days later or so we get the paperwork from the bank and the loan amount was like 3k more then we thought. we agreed on $19995 for the car including taxes, plus the $2500 service agreement plus maybe less then $500 in other fees. we put down 3k cash plus 2k for the trade in. So fianl amount should have been $17900 or so, but the loan was actually $20900, Next day i went to the dealership and confronted Richard about this and he gave me all kind of xx about it, i also told him that he lied about the service agreement the bank told me they dont care about it. He told me that all the extra charges were fees from the dealership for the loan which is a complete lie. After all was said and done the wrote me a check for $950 to shut me up, but they still stole 2k from me. This is one of the most blatant forms of thievery i ever witnessed Richard is a complete liar and a thief which i told him to his face. I understand that dealerships are slimy but to lie this bad is really beyond anything i have witnessed. will never recommend or use this dealerships and make sure to tell everyone i know about this. Shameful. More

Soooo after a misunderstanding that would’ve cost us to walk away from what we thought was a closed deal. Rich came through with what I want to believe was a honest mistake and not only was the deal closed walk away from what we thought was a closed deal. Wife and I bought a minivan in May. The interest rate on the loan was over 7%. Rich, the finance manager assured us we would qualify for free refinancing at about 2.5%. The difference would have been close to $100 per month. Apparently this is done by North Shore once a year according to Rich. Now it’s mid October, no one has contacted me and Rich never returned any of my calls. So I guess I’m out $7,000 in interest on a terrible loan that I otherwise never would have agreed to. Not to mention the bum tire that loses about 10psi of air per week. Our salesman Derek told the TPMS light came on during the test drive because it’s just very sensitive to the temperature change. Good one. I guess they will say whatever’s necessary to sell you something. More

I’m someone who researches pricing and shops multiple dealerships when buying a car, and Amy Brent has delivered an exceptional experience to my family both times. Worst Experience Buying Anything Ever. Don't Go Here This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I originally went in over a week ago and we negotiated a price that was acceptable to all p This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I originally went in over a week ago and we negotiated a price that was acceptable to all parties assuming I finance the car through Honda at 2.9% interest (I wanted to pay cash). Through the course of the week there were new fees added on and the financing could no longer go through Honda because the dealership does not receive incentives. The new interest rate was 5.9% through a bank. I did not agree with that and eventually the sales manager Jay told me he would subtract the cost of the interest from the cash I would owe to pick up the car. He was not going to subtract it from the price of the car as that would lower the amount I would have to finance and therefore lower the incentive. This is beyond illegal and a clear example of rebating. When I went to the dealership to pick the car up hoping I could have him subtract it from the price of the car he added new fees to the car (I was already paying about $600 in fees for registration, inspection, dealer fees etc.) I would never buy a car there as long as I live and I recommend that nobody else does either as this is a shady establishment. More

First time Honda Buyer - Very Impressed! We bought our first Honda and had it delivered today - a 2019 CR -V Touring. We went to North Shore Honda because it was the closest dealer and happened to be rated highly. Andrew was our salesperson, Richard the business manager, and Gary, the manager. It was a great experience overall! From the first day when we met Andrew, he was pleasant and helpful. Then, we came back the next day and we decided to buy the car. Andrew was thorough in answering our questions as we were having a test drive. It then came time to begin the paperwork, determine what we would get for our trade-in and negotiate a price. We were thoroughly happy with the price that Andrew came up with, and even more so, the trade in value we received for our old car. Later, we met with Richard to discuss the kinds of financing available and the extended warranties. He was a down-to-earth, no b.s. kind of guy who helped us make the right decision in terms of warranty and financing. Today, when we picked up the car, again, Andrew was fantastic. He showed us everything (and there is much to learn with all the features). He answered all our questions, and we were ready to take the car home. Then, Gary, the manager, came over to speak with us - and asked us about our experience. Another honest-type guy - who seemed very authentic in his concern for our sales/buying experience and promised continued assistance as long as we own the car. I had just purchased another new car (not a Honda) about 2 months ago - and the differences between dealers were particularly noticeable. I would highly recommend North Shore Honda, and if you do go, ask for Andrew. Given this experience, I have every reason to believe that the service department will handle our future maintenance needs well. I'd be shocked if their level of service is anything less than that which we've experienced on the sales side. --Rob and Tina More

After all my readings I didnt really trust car sales people, but after working with Jose I am very happy with my purchase and would work with Jose again for any of my future car needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and worked with my budget!! I'm so super happy with my new car!!! Thank you Jose!! I kind of wish the manager had taken the time to meet me and my family, but Richard and Jose made us feel hearded. More
