My vehicle was towed to Phillips June 6, 2021. My family and I were on our way back to Michigan after a memorial service for my grandma. We were stuck in traffic on the highway still 2 hours from home when and I were on our way back to Michigan after a memorial service for my grandma. We were stuck in traffic on the highway still 2 hours from home when my transmission went out. The next day I called to figure out what the process was for warranty work and to get the ball rolling. My service rep was Richard and he was extremely helpful through the whole long ordeal to get my vehicle fixed. The service department was backed up and Richard let me know that upfront, which I appreciated. On top of that the warranty company wanted some tests done that they don't usually do so that delayed things even further. We ran into some big hiccups (like the wrong transmission being sent 😬) that that delayed my vehicle being fixed for a couple months. Totally out of anyone's hands. Richard was extremely apologetic about all of it and how long it was taking. Not having my vehicle definitely caused some challenges for us as a big family that needed my Suburban. We were able to finally pick up my vehicle Aug 25 and we couldn't be happier to have it back. I really appreciate all the hard work that Richard, the service department manager, and the gentleman that actually worked on my vehicle put in to try and get my vehicle fixed and putting up with my phone calls and frustration with the whole process. I've never dealt with something of this magnitude needing fixed and they were helpful every step of the way. I wish this would have happened closer to home so if needed we could use them again! I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you all so much! More

Went into service without an appointment, my tire pressure was low and needed checking. I had received information from my Chevy app and On-star to receive service immediately for my tire. I was gree pressure was low and needed checking. I had received information from my Chevy app and On-star to receive service immediately for my tire. I was greeted and checked in and informed of a wait, but offered the opportunity to be taken home. After a few hours I was informed that my tire had a screw in it and couldn’t be repaired..that I needed to replace my tire. I was picked up, escorted back to the dealership..paid for my service. Found my car washed and clean with my new tire, able to stay safe on the road. Thank you Richard Defries..Service Consultant for being patient and kind, helping me stay safe..even though I didn’t have an appointment. More

Awesome! I had to have my radiator replaced on my car and an oil change. Jordan was so polite, and courteous. He provided me with all the information I needed. As soon as Jordan heard back from the mechanic, he notified me that it would be a long wait and asked did I need a ride somewhere. Even though I decided to sit and wait, he made sure I was fine. My car was clean and running Great! More

Damaged my vehicle while servicing I took my vehicle in to be serviced only to get it back damaged. It took them an hour to bring it out of the wash. Once they brought it out I immediat I took my vehicle in to be serviced only to get it back damaged. It took them an hour to bring it out of the wash. Once they brought it out I immediately noticed a large crack on my windshield. I went back inside and told Jordan the service advisor. He came out saw the damage and told his boss. Jordan then told me they had to review cameras and get back to me. Several days later after calling and calling, Vince the service manager finally called me back. Vince accused me of leaving the dealership before I reported the damage. Then said a rock caused the damage. He said they were not going to fix it. I’m a police officer and for him to lie really set me off. I made a police report and I am taking this to the max! I will never recommend anyone take their vehicle here. This is not a business you can trust. More
