This dealership is very shady in their business practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the tires were not in good shape at all. Had to go out and get new tires to make sure I could be safe on the road. Reached out to the dealership and was told 3 weeks ago that they would cover half the tires, which I was ok with. Was told today that they changed there mind and will no longer cover half of the tires. This is shady business practices. I would never recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. Awful experience! More

Easy purchase but very dishonest. Bought a $31,000 Malibu that came with a dent in the door. Said they would make sure it got fixed. Got an $800 estimate and guess what, 2 years later Bought a $31,000 Malibu that came with a dent in the door. Said they would make sure it got fixed. Got an $800 estimate and guess what, 2 years later, dent still there in my new car. My first new car experience was ruined by this Chevrolet dealer. More

Our salesman Rich, was awesome. He took great care of us. He went the extra mile in everything from showing the vehicle to holding a vehicle (the only one in the color we wanted) for us. Rich has our highest recommendation. In full contrast with another local high volume dealership which was both dishonest and pressurized. Richard Heimbrock is an outstanding man. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and delivered. I never got that "sleazy" car sales-man feel from Richard.
