I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

No more reviews We had two cars sussefuy repaired at Klaben. They did a good job all across the board. However, almost everyday I receive an email from Dealer Rater. If you need a follow up then lest it as such. But once a customer has reviewed a dealer for a visit, Check the box. End story More

Clean professional surroundings and personel treat you nice. Problem is quickly diognosed and repaired. I pointed out another issue not related to the original reason for the visit. Klaben is #1 Once again, Klaben Ford steps up and does something no other dealer would do. They go to extremes to make the customer happy. My daughter was having trouble with her car and they went to her (many hours away) picked up the car, fixed it and brought it back to her. Amazing group! My family has been coming to Terry for 14 years. He has been so helpful with leases and buys and will always make sure you get the best deal possible. He has never been too pushy but he will be honest with you and help you get to a point you need to if you can't work anything out. My credit is not the best and he did everything in his power to help me and put me in a car and make it affordable.
