Purchasing Lincoln MKS off of lease I decided to purchase my Lincoln MKS when the lease period expired and I was so amazed at how Rich Klaben, Dave Mott, and Doug Beavers took care of me I decided to purchase my Lincoln MKS when the lease period expired and I was so amazed at how Rich Klaben, Dave Mott, and Doug Beavers took care of me during this decision and time. Mr. Klaben offered to certify the vehicle because of the shape it was in (of course, I hat to pay a little - but well worth it). The care and concern shown to me during this process and making the unexpected offer to certify the vehicle was fantastic. The car looks brand new after the certification and detailing they did for the car. I love this vehicle and was sorry to see Lincoln discontinued making this model but I am very happy with my decision and the "like new" car I have! It was a win-win for all of us. I APPRECIATE greatly the service and care I have had and I'm sure I will continue to receive from Klaben - they know their products and know what customer service is all about - I had heard they were good when we moved to the area a few years back. Every experience from leasing this vehicle new from them to today confirms they are AWESOME and I'm hard to please. Well Done!! More

Great experience. Nothing slimey. I've had bad experiences with car dealers but Klaben made it easy and comfortable. I found a new Fusion I liked on their website and the sticker price was already great. "Best bottom line deal" is no hype. They mean it! I didn't want to commit to a phone call or stop by to have my questions answered but Doug Carter in sales helped me via email which I loved! When I was good and ready to test drive they had it ready for me to pop in and Doug knew every inch of these cars. I didn't plan on buying it right then but the price, people and service was too good. They were fast and efficient. I got a better rate than the credit unions I had shopped around. Paperwork was easy and Christine was a pleasure to work with. Rich Klaben is out among the people every day and makes sure each customer is taken care of. I like the small town experience but it's all state of the art at the same time. I would definitely buy from them again and highly reccomdend. More

Couldnt be happier with Klaben! I previously had a Kia lease that I had overages on and needed to get out of...all while buying a new or used car. Based on a recommendation, I made a I previously had a Kia lease that I had overages on and needed to get out of...all while buying a new or used car. Based on a recommendation, I made an appointment with Doug Carter to see if there was anything he could do for me. He looked at my paperwork and we hammered out a deal that included covering the overages on my Kia lease, trading in an old car of mine and setting up a very fair price for a Ford Focus. I signed all the paperwork with Jen, who was very sweet and helpful, and I drove off with the Focus. After a couple of days in the Focus and having my wife take a look at it, we decided that the Focus was too small for ourselves and our child so I called Doug and asked if there was anything he could do to help me get into a bigger car, possibly an Escape. He discussed this with Mr. Klaben and they came up with a solution that allowed me to get a beautiful all black Ford Escape for just a minimal upcharge (due to the Escape being priced higher than the Focus). When I brought the Focus back to the lot, everything was already wrapped up and all I had to do was sign with Jen again. A few signatures later, I was on the road in my beautiful new Ford Escape! I couldn't be happier with the exchange and my car. Thank you to Doug, Jen and Mr. Klaben! More
