I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

GREAT! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I have delt with Rich Klaben and a salesman that passed away for many years. Mike Coony took over three years a Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I have delt with Rich Klaben and a salesman that passed away for many years. Mike Coony took over three years ago and leased me my first Escape. This year he leased me my second Escape. The whole crew knows their stuff at Klaben. Even Mike in Service gets 5 stars. More

Klaben is one of a kind Rich klaben has been working extremely hard to get me what I was asking for and wanted! He spent so much valuable time discussing options and helping Rich klaben has been working extremely hard to get me what I was asking for and wanted! He spent so much valuable time discussing options and helping in more ways than any other dealership has EVER even bothered to do. I am so impressed with Mr. Klaben and the type of business he is running! He recommended Doug Carter to work with me to make sure I got everything I was looking for, and so much more than I was asking for! I was literally shocked when I found out what they were doing for me! I could not be more pleased with my experience and outcome! Also, Jennifer Bowen assisted me with signing documents... she is seriously the sweetest! I have not had a chance to call klaben to thank them but had to take these next few moments to write a review! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND klaben ford in Kent! Such a great experience! Great deal! And beyond all, great staff and people to work with! Thanks again to Rich Klaben and his entire team that helped me get what I wanted! If I could give more than 5star ratings, I totally would! More

Excellent experience!! I purchased a new 2017 Titanium Escape with the help of Doug Carter, our favorite salesman and Mr. Richard Klaben. They went out of their way to get I purchased a new 2017 Titanium Escape with the help of Doug Carter, our favorite salesman and Mr. Richard Klaben. They went out of their way to get the vehicle from another dealership with the specifications I wanted. We discussed everything on Saturday afternoon late and by Monday, the vehicle was at their dealership! Awesome service!! Jennifer Bowen was delightful to work with in processing the paperwork and once in her office, we were quickly processed and taken to our new vehicle. Thanks to all at Klaben!! Good work, Team!! More

I Love Klaben Ford!!! I got my first brand new car at 17 years old in 1998 and have been back every three years since. I would not even think of going to another dealership. My salesmen Kenny King is no long just my salesmen but a friend.
