I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

The best dealership of all. Yes, at some point your vehicle will need service and when it does, the Klaben Auto Stores rock. I recently had my 2020 Jeep Wrangler in for service Yes, at some point your vehicle will need service and when it does, the Klaben Auto Stores rock. I recently had my 2020 Jeep Wrangler in for service and they did a great job. Dennis the service advisor understood all the issues and they immediately addressed them. Great job, Dennis. First Id like to say Darn Covid. It hit this service garage like a wrecking ball . The day we took our wrangler in there were many employees out with it. Joe Hilliard is our superman. But the very next garage like a wrecking ball . The day we took our wrangler in there were many employees out with it. Joe Hilliard is our superman. But the very next day Covid got him. Like any great side kick, Justin stepped in. Justin kept us informed and got us back on the road. Justin and Kim were running themselves ragged trying to make sure Joe's customers were taken care of, as well as everyone being taken care of there. You guys did a great job. Theres noone that can replace Joe. Im glad Joe is on the road to recovery. Know this Joe your coworkers were as worried about you as they would of their own family. Great Job as always. More

Dealership/service department have always been good to me (even I am a pain sometimes). I have never had an issue with anyone there and have always helped and have explained everything to me I wanted to know (even I am a pain sometimes). While waiting a few months ago I even saw Justin help an older woman in a walker across the parking lot and into building. Very nice! More
