The pall of deception has disallowed any pleasure I should have experienced looking for my first new vehicle. A $29,999 used 2019 Tacoma they charged me $48,623 in collusion with Ally financing established rapport agent Diana. After paying over $9,000, I might have enough equity to trade in this used Tacoma. Attempting to have them remedy has been a strenous nightmare that NO consumer should endure! Shame on them. I'm searching for an honest dealer. They are not an option in anyyy aspect. Deplorable Salesmanship. Devious and epitome of dishonesty. Righting their wrong would have been buying the Tacoma back in full!
