Overall, we had an excellent experience at Eastchester Jeep. Sarah was great. She made sure all of our questions were answered and continued to do follow-ups after taking the car home. Richard Reid is a t Jeep. Sarah was great. She made sure all of our questions were answered and continued to do follow-ups after taking the car home. Richard Reid is a the reason the sale was made. He was able to work with our budget while also delivering the car and features desired—leaving mom and daughter happy! There is room for improvement when the car is being prepped before being handed over to the buyer. After finishing up with Chris Baptiste in finance, we still had to wait hours before the car was fully ready despite issues with DMV. I also wish there was a time when someone explained the features and controls in the car. That took some figuring out on my own. Overall, kudos to Richard, Sarah and Chris for making our first experience at Jeep enjoyable and successful. The entire staff at Eastchester was friendly and helpful. Thank you all! More
