Honestly, I struggled with this experience. I felt like it lacked clarity or transparency with the entire process. I was not clear on the rate I was going to be given, I wished I would have see I felt like it lacked clarity or transparency with the entire process. I was not clear on the rate I was going to be given, I wished I would have seen more details of the finance process and not just a few printed pieces of papers. I have seen other dealers leverage software to help showcase the prices and show more transparency. Also I'm not a huge fan of the added on tech that Brent Brown "adds to every vehicle" I'm not a huge fan of some sort of tech that gives your dealership insight on my vehicle after the purchase. I was told I'd be sent the details of the transaction yet 2 days after I had yet to receive anything. I had to follow up just to make sure what I remember signing was actually the truth. The entire finance experience happened and I couldn't see any of the numbers or what the total price was going to be. That was just communicated to me and I had to use my phone to look up a calculator to make sure it was accurate to what my payment would be. The lack of transparency was really frustrating. More

They were very kind to me up to the point where I signed. After I signed and left tried calling back in after to ask some questions and was just left on hold and ultimately hung up on twice. Tim was the only one that would communicate with me after I bought the car. Charlie definitely pressured me into buying more warranties when I originally told him I didn’t want to add anything else. I regret adding on those other things and now they are avoiding me trying to cancel and refund those things. Toyota makes great cars so they’ll stay in business, just be careful when adding on the extra stuff they’ll run your payment up! More
