I am not recommending Findlay Toyota Henderson NV . They lied to us me and my husband wanted to trade our chevrolet truck to Tacoma truck we where asking 42k for our truck according to some research They lied to us me and my husband wanted to trade our chevrolet truck to Tacoma truck we where asking 42k for our truck according to some research and a couple other dealers offer, we went to Toyota Henderson they offered us 43k and they told us we will save tax for around 4k if we buy from them so we took deal . When the time comes to sign paperwork, the number they told us before was different. So they took our truck for 39k !!!! In order to match the number with 43k. have been promised they added an extra 4k to the loan they loaned us 4k to look like they're giving us 43k for our truck??? We keep asking and arguing about that they were telling us, "Are you Chinese?" And they were telling us it is very simple why you guys don't understand?? They were NOT giving us an understandable explanation. Basically, they said it is tax different!! What !!! First of all, they told us in the beginning we will save 4k tax, then we have been charged $1447 tax. Why did they add an extra 4k at the ends separately .it doesn't make sense after all they gave us $1000 back wich no make any difference we are very upset for this trick they should tell us we will take your truck for 39k period not making us think they giving us more than the other dealer gave us and we save 4k frome tax . John Barr at Findlay Toyota in Henderson isn't what he advertises to be after all. We honestly thought highly of him after seeing so many years worth's of commercial advertising and even being being featu advertises to be after all. We really thought if anyone could help us he would. Unfortunately we were dead wrong. I went up there seeking his help seeing how I was screwed over very badly from David Wilson's Toyota on East Sahara. They got me distracted and made sure I never saw the true price they were charging me for what was supposed to be a new car that turn out to be a demo slash used car and charged me double then what a person would pay for a new car. Everything they gave me was put on a usb chip instead of actual paperwork. Seeking John's help we were hoping he could he could find a way to help make a bit better. I explained our whole situation to him and... well instead of him helping us he referred us to Rick Glenn who at the time seemed eager and willing to help. But another manager intervened named payam hamzehi. Apparently him and Rick Glenn share the same position so rick even though wanting to know more and help was brushed to the side. Now it's all mr. Payam. The best mr. Payam wanted to do was practically wanting to screw me over even more. I was given 2 options. He decided option A, how about let increase my amount owed from 33k to 48k and monthly payments from 600 to 700 a month and he'll swap out my Toyota Corolla to a Toyota Camry. Yeah... like that's a real help. Then there's option B. You pay upfront 11k cash and we'll swap out your Toyota Corolla you have now with a new Toyota Corolla fresh from the factory, but you'll have to be put on a waiting list. Your payment will go down a bit and you'll have a new car! Yeah... how is that any different from just me making an 11k payment from what I owe now? So all in all. John Barr who we thought would help us, does not live up to the representation he shows. He'll send you to what was supposed to be a person that'll help you who was Rick Glenn but you'll just cut off and screwed over again by good old payam hamzehi. Thanks for nothing guys. Good to know you really give a dam about us hard working law abiding citizens. NOT!! More
