Rick Kruger was a bit too talkative, we were under a lot of stress and I don’t think he could tell we were uncomfortable and not in the mood for small talk. Then he watched as I filled out the reviews so I felt pressured to give him a higher score, so I am now editing them truthfully. To top it all off, they gave us a key fob that did not work. More
