Within hours of signing up with the Costco program, Rick Majors had contacted me. He went over my "wish list" for my new car and arranged a test drive for later that week. While he did not have my exact car at that moment in time, I drove one that was "almost" it. He was thorough in explaining the features and "bells and whistles". When I decided that the Sonata hybrid was the car for me, he arranged a dealer trade with another dealer to get me my exact car. He called me the next day to set an appointment to come in and get the process started. Rick is not your typical car sales person. He was completely transparent in every aspect of the process. He shared what he was seeing on the computer with us so we saw it from the original source documents. He never tried to "upsell" or pressure us into going with anything we did not want. Additionally, he has a great sense of humor! The easy back and forth banter we shared made the process all the more enjoyable. As we were wrapping up the financing aspect of it, the owner, John Patterson, came in and spoke with us and welcomed us to the Tustin Hyundai family. His graciousness and warm welcome is very much appreciated and rare in today's business world. For all of the reasons outlined and more, we are dedicated Tustin Hyundai customers. More

I recently had the privilege of working with Rick Majors on an order/purchase of a new Hyundai Palisade. Rick made the entire process stress-free. Rick would check in with me frequently to see if I had any questions and let me know where I was in the purchase process. Car buying used to be an event I would try to avoid because of the purchase stress and drama of dealerships. I am happy to say that Tustin Hyundai and Rick Majors have given me a phenomenal experience. Once Rick had completed introducing me to the new car and was sure I was fully satisfied, he handed me off to another great member of the Tustin Hyundai team, xx. xx walked me through the finance side of things with a lot of information and no pressure. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Needed to buy a new car due to my previous one being totaled. I've never owned a Hyundai but for some reason wanted to check them out. Went shopping before we had the insurance money and Wayne took us for a test drive. He knew we weren't ready to buy just yet, but still gave us the red carpet treatment answering all our questions and giving us all kinds of information. A month later we were ready to buy so I gave Wayne a call but got his vm. Left him a message and then got a phone call from Rick Majors letting me know that Wayne had moved on but had passed my message on to him. And boy am I glad he did! Rick was a pleasure to work with. He is a no nonsense salesman who is honest and keeps his word! We first spent 30 mins on the phone making sure he knew what I wanted. He then let me know that his dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted but he would work on a trade with another dealership. He was able to get the car the next day and had me start some of the paperwork online. Once we arrived at the dealership we were in & out within 90 mins and that was only because he was also dealing with two other customers at the same time going back & forth between us. Once he finished gathering some additional information from us, the financing paperwork was ready in under 20 mins. I must say I was very skeptical because everything was so easy!! I kept thinking there was going to be a "gotcha" at some point. But nope, the numbers were exactly what Rick and I had agreed on over the phone, actually a few dollars LOWER when Sheryl in financing took over. None of the typical going back & forth with the sales manager. I honestly couldn't believe it. If I ever need to buy another car, Tustin Hyundai will be the first place I look! More
