Chat with me for a few minutes, and it’s easy to see why I dig my job. Put simply, I believe in the product – and the Don Ayres Experience. My coworkers and I don’t just sell cars, we build meaningful relationships with our customers. I have been the Honda sales manager at Don Ayres since November 1999 and before that I was in sales for 3 years. My father sold Honda's here for over 20 years, so it is really a family affair. I've been married to my beautiful wife Kara since 2004. We have 2 awesome children, Caleb and Savannah. We have lived in the Fort Wayne area all of our lives and enjoy going to Hamilton lake and spending time with family.

Being a long time customer, the Don Ayres team never lets you down. I came in for an oil change on my Jeep and ended up chatting with Rick about a new vehicle and ended up having one of the most expensive oi you down. Visited the dealership 2 times. First visit was just to look. Andy was great! Informative but not pushy. He new we were just looking for our son. Second visit was to purchase. Dealership was busy but Rick look. Andy was great! Informative but not pushy. He new we were just looking for our son. Second visit was to purchase. Dealership was busy but Rick got us a salesman, Trevor, who was well informed. He stayed late so we could test drive and then stayed throughout the purchase. He even helped clean out my sons traded in car while it was storming outside. More
