He compared all 4 models of the Passport so I was able to select the one that was just right for me. Rick worked the sale price, trade-in value and available incentives to meet my budget. They even went the extra mile and found the exact interior/exterior color match for me! Josh completed my excellent experience by explaining all warranty information, details regarding the part and service departments and finalized all paperwork. While this was happening, Jeff Gilmore customized all setting on my vehicle so that when I drove away, everything was set up for me! From start to finish, this team at Don Ayres Honda provided a seamless, 5-star experience for me. They will be celebrating their 50th anniversary in Fort Wayne this year, they told me. I can see why.
