There was no high pressure and they were very fair on my trade-in allowance. The first time I dealt there was a purchase but this time I leased because the leasing deals were so good. I tried to compare proposed deals for the same car with 3 other NH Honda dealers- the experience with those other dealers was degrading at best and a complete waste of my time. My 2009 Ridgeline RT was a great vehicle for my needs and provided excellent service but, after 99,000 miles with very few problems I found a really superior vehicle to take its' place. Rick Stern did I a great job of taking back my 2018 Accord EX-L and getting me into a 2019 CRV EX-L. I told him what I could pay and willing to put down. Very good experience! The reason I wanted to swap the Accord, was due to a number of rattles in the cabin; dash, rear deck, headliner, and lumbar support. I had the car in 6 different times to have it fixed under warranty, and I had enough. Luckily Rick was able to accommodate and work out a deal for both us. More
