bought a 2008 civic from these people February 2019 after being convinced by the salesman the car was in immaculate condition. one owner, always serviced by them on time, etc. WELL, the engine blew up 4 mont being convinced by the salesman the car was in immaculate condition. one owner, always serviced by them on time, etc. WELL, the engine blew up 4 months and less then 5k miles later while driving on the highway. called and left messages with the GM as well as sent numerous emails with no call or answer back. if customer service is what they take pride in they fail miserably! whether I bought the car "as is" or with a warranty every paying customer deserves a call back especially when something to severe happens! I am convinced there was a known major issue when they sold me this car, they were the ones who serviced it since new! I spoke/ reported the issue to Honda of America directly. This vehicle should have gone straight to auction after trade in, not sold under the impression it was a reliable vehicle. Basically I was robbed 5k cash from this place. Not including the 2k I had to pay to replace the engine! I am now ready to purchase new and I would never give these people my business again, simply due to the fact I never even got a call back. More

Confident, Attentive and Thorough My husband and I had not bought a vehicle for 28 years. We take very good care of our cars and they last for a very long time. A couple of years ago My husband and I had not bought a vehicle for 28 years. We take very good care of our cars and they last for a very long time. A couple of years ago we realized that sooner or later we were going to need a new vehicle and because of our advancement in age we recognized that new cars offered many safety features that would really help us to drive safer. We saved for more than two years and decided this was the time. We first went to see the Nissan's and our experience with the salesperson was not a very good one. We felt really pressured and we weren't shown the auto that had the features that we were looking for. We then went to Dover Honda and right away we felt very much at ease. Rick was very attentive to exactly what we were looking for and what our needs were. When we picked up the car he spent a great deal of time with us going over every feature. When there were multiple selections on a feature, he explained what each selection was and the pros and cons of each and then set the feature we desired. This is the very first time we have really felt truly at ease and comfortable when buying an automobile which for us (and most people) is a really big investment. We also met with someone from finance (I think it was Sarah). She was very thorough in explaining the "Carefree Car Protection" with no pressure and allowing us time to think it over. We did decide to take it, but just knowing we had the option with no pressure was greatly appreciated. More

My salesman was patient as I see sawed between the top 2 contenders. After I settled on blue things moved seamlessly from test drive thru trade in and finance. Each person I dealt with was pleasant, professional and efficient. And following a crash course in operating my new cars many "bells and whistles" I was driving home in my new CRV.
