Took my car in for a misaligned headlight. They blamed a previous accident that was repaired by an Audi dealer with genuine Audi parts and told me it would not be covered under warranty. The They blamed a previous accident that was repaired by an Audi dealer with genuine Audi parts and told me it would not be covered under warranty. They charged me $450 to improperly aim the other headlight as high as the incorrect one and told me that was the fix. I was getting flashed by other drivers the whole way home. They told me the only fix was to spend $10k on a brand new headlight and it would not be under warranty. I was able to fix the headlight alignment myself with the help of my 7 year old son. Both headlights do in fact function correctly now and I had to undo what they did at the dealership. I will not return. More
