What differentiates BMW dealerships is not the cars. ..they are all great...it's the people. This is the 4th car we have leased or bought from BMW of Silver Spring. But honestly, our last purchase, guided by Eric Lovo, was extraordinarily wonderful. He was helpful beyond belief. He worked with us on a really good deal. He patiently spent what seemed like hours taking us through the wonders of the new X5 technology and installed our old roof rake on the new car. I'd love to suggest ways in which the experience could be better...but neither my wife nor I could come up with a single idea. If anyone wanted to buy or lease a BMW, I'd give Eric's name in a heartbeat. We worked with Dave Strassman in the past and he was great. Eric filled those large shoes magnificently. More
