However, I did think of something later that would have improved our service. I called day before and day of. Scheduled a time to come do a test drive. Car should have been upfront waiting for us. It was in the back, I think had dead battery, and covered in dust. I would have been happier and more impressed to see a clean car waiting for me at my scheduled test drive time. FYI Ricky runs his butt off to keep things moving. Great guy to work with. More
