We purchased a beautiful 2011 Keystone Passport 245RB from Dodd RV today. We had a very positive experience with all of their staff -- sales, administrative, parts, and service. Everyone was so friend from Dodd RV today. We had a very positive experience with all of their staff -- sales, administrative, parts, and service. Everyone was so friendly and anxious to be sure that we were satisfied not just with our "new" camper, but especially with their personal service. Our only "tense" moments were in sealing the final deal, and we were very satisfied with the outcome on that too! Each of our numerous questions from beginning to end were answered completely, professionally, and best of all...... patiently! Thanks, Dodd RV for going the extra mile in customer satisfaction. More

Talked to Joey about problem with kitchen slideout and he recommended a service call to try and find the problem. Friday morning as promised the service guys came to our house and found the problem in just a recommended a service call to try and find the problem. Had it not been for the fact that it took 5 days to get our trade in evaluated/inspected instead of the 4 hours they said it would take, which left us uncertain as to whether the deal we made was going to our trade in evaluated/inspected instead of the 4 hours they said it would take, which left us uncertain as to whether the deal we made was going to hold or not, we would have given the dealership a "great rating." We feel that the lack of communication during those five days was stressful and took some of the excitement out of buying a new RV. Ricky did an outstanding job going over our new travel trailer with us - he was awesome. Jamie was very thorough and patient in explaining all the paperwork to us. All in all it was a good experience. More

We had been looking to trade in our Jayco and purchase a new travel trailer. We went to 2 other dealerships (one in VA and one in MD), and had been getting the run around with the cost of the trailers and new travel trailer. We went to 2 other dealerships (one in VA and one in MD), and had been getting the run around with the cost of the trailers and added fees, not originally advertised. The customer service was severely lacking from the super centers we had gone. That is what led us to Dodd’s RV. Online, we saw the 2013 Tracer 3150BHD and finally found what we were looking to purchase. We contacted Scott and from the start, he was very professional and polite. Every question I had emailed he answered promptly. Since we were over 3 hours away, just dropping by to look wasn’t an option for us. Scott helped us in getting the numbers and finance approved before we arrived. After having a hectic morning getting to the dealership to trade in our Jayco, we were greeted with a welcome sign, which took us by pleasant surprise. We were greeted by Scott and Mike, and were ready to make this deal happen. So we proceeded to transition our items out of the Jayco and wait for our new one. It was still in the process of being detailed, which was okay. We walked around the dealership, having to wait because a customer was ahead of us, even though we had an appointment, and was running a little late, we accepted that and understood. So we proceeded to do the walk thru and look over the new camper, had very friendly staff, Ricky and Mary, working with our questions about the new camper. So after hour 3 of being at the dealership, we started becoming concerned about getting our deal finalized with the finance manager and being able to come away with the new trailer. As I expressed to the sales manager the situation with having to wait, and was under the impression that all we really needed to do was do a walk thru and sign papers, we would be good to go. They explained they were short staffed and he immediately proceeded with our purchase and got us in with the general manager. After some miscommunications with the paperwork (normal with any dealership these days), we were able to finalize the deal and come away with our new camper. The overall experience with Dodd’s RV was good. I would definitely recommend them instead of the supercenters down the road. The staff was polite and friendly (extra thanks to Mary-oi~!) and even though we had delays in the purchasing, they were able to work everything out and we left there satisfied with Dodd's RV. More

We worked with the sales team remotely to purchase our new travel trailer and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in to pick it up. We were greeted by a big welcome sign and were very well taken care new travel trailer and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in to pick it up. We were greeted by a big welcome sign and were very well taken care of by the staff from the minute we came in the door. Everyone was kind to our three small children and very gracious in helping us to keep them entertained while we completed our purchase. The service department did a very thorough pre-delivery inspection with us and was patient and helpful with all of our questions (first-timers). We would definitely purchase from them again based on our initial experience and plan to return for annual maintenance despite the distance - there is so much to see and do in the area that we plan to have a mini-vacation when we go back. More

Everyone was friendly but felt that the fact that Dodds is a family run business was way overstated. After shopping for a new RV I learned that all the dealers offered the same extra's such propane tank an is a family run business was way overstated. After shopping for a new RV I learned that all the dealers offered the same extra's such propane tank and a battery and other similar services. Our salesman was a new employee at Dodds, no problem, we are new at same point or another but ditching other dealers on information that he does not know was a little irritating. I prefer to buy local and from family own businesses. Dodds did provide personal service and listened to our concerns. Yes I would recommend Dodds to family and friends. More
