I went in to secure a new lease. We currently have a lease on a Sorento and a purchased Optima. We wanted a Nee Sportage lease. After receiving excellent service from sales, Emily, the manager became lease on a Sorento and a purchased Optima. We wanted a Nee Sportage lease. The manager, Damien, did not introduce himself to me or simply engage in simple pleasantries. I had to introduce myself and ask for his name. His demeanor was combative and his best offer was a $6 reduction in cost. I was insulted by the whole interaction. So I left. I had to engage the GM, Ricky Perez, via email for assistance. His assistant, Tiffany, called me and I reluctantly returned. After making a few minor changes to the vehicle I wanted we came up with the cost I was seeking. Tiffany saved the situation. More

Millie Is Wonderful I went to Kia's black Friday deal, and not a 2006 Mercedes E350. I worked with Emily and it was not a great experience. She was rude, condescending, and dismissive, and after we had waited in line overnight, for 15 hours out in the cold). We returned the car because there were so many issues with it. That's when I started working with Millie. It took alot to get us financed for a good car, because we weren't trading in. The car was for my daughter, her first. Millie worked for two days, with Mark Anderson, to get us financed, keeping in touch with me, letting me know she wasn't giving up. And she cared about which car she got for us, keeping in mind that it's for a teenage girl. She knew I had to work that night so had everything ready for me to sign when I came to pick up our 2015 Sonata. I would buy my next 10 cars from Millie. More
