I Still had to pay for items not ordered. I did not receive copy of order sheet supposedly sent to Kia or contract from dealer. I was only given a receipt for the deposit because that is all I needed according to sales department. When I picked the car sales and finance said there is nothing they can do because dealer has already paid for car. No adjustment was made. Was told sometimes Kia just adds things to order. Dealers usually get 30 days to pay for cars not before car is delivered. Bob Rohrman would be rolling over in his grave if this is the way they operate now. Be careful if you go here.

My concern is paying for items I did not order on a Kia Telluride. $705 of floor mats, etc came with the car that I never ordered. I contacted Natasha Chroszy and Michael Mallory about this and they told me they would look into it. Michael said there was nothing he could do with the options that came with the car. Natasha told me that she and Michael spoke to the general manager and were told there is nothing they can do regarding the options not ordered but came with the car. I spoke with Rasheed,, a customer service rep with Kia and he said Kia follows the order sheet from the dealer and does not just add options as I was told at the dealer. I was told sometimes Kia just adds some options or accessories. Rasheed said this is not true. Only build what is ordered.I received no copy of the order or copy of the contract but only a receipt for my deposit. I did not order these options but was told I would still have to pay for them. When I picked up the car the next day I still got the same answer along with "since the car is already paid for there is nothing that we (Rohrman Kia) can do. Dealers get 30 days to pay so the car was not paid for yet. A finance person told me he would see what he could do about our not agreeing on price but he never returned. Mallory said he would try to get an extra oil change for me but never told me if he got another oil change for me. Also, there was no windshield washer fluid in the reservoir and Mallory said service center was all out so none could be added. I was very disappointed in the time Mallory spent showing me the car. Seemed to not follow guidelines in Kia Features & Functions Guide. I have now had quite a disagreement with the service department regarding oil changes. I do not know the name of the individual but the phone number from the texts is 1-855-581-0572. I was told to change oil every 3 months or 3000 miles. The Kia guidelines or 6 months or 7500 miles. From the text message you follow Kia guidelines but you are not following what the owners manual says. I spoke to Ivan, a Kia customer service rep and he said always follow the guidelines in the owners manual and change oil at 6 months or 7500 miles. Your service department texted that is if only a synthetic oil is to be used and Rohrman Kia does not use synthetic oil. Only conventional 5w20 in Kias..I have trouble with you not using synthetic oil in 2021. This is not 1980's when more conventional oil was used. You asked me what can be done to make my experience not a disappointment. I tried for the day before I picked up the car and the day I picked up the car and was always told nothing we can do. So what can you do for me now? I heard nothing but "we can not do anything" before and now you are asking me what can you do to make the purchase experience better? Well, what can you do that I have not already tried?

Provided false information about my title, plates and registration, and threatened to tattle to the DOT that my 2nd down payment wasn't paid - but that's because they lost my bank info. There was no sensitivity that I am a Lyft driver and loss of use of my car and preventing progress on my registration impacts my income. It also prevents my refund of the rental car fees I incurred, which was over $ 1,000. My car also needed more maintenance right away even after the engine problem was fixed, such as a new battery that cost me over $200, and air filtration items. I'm out of work, and now more in debt because of the indifference and negligence of this dealership. Any sign of empathy was never followed through on. Mostly I've been ghosted, disappointed, and depressed.
I've had to fight for everything with Hyundai - like pulling teeth to get any financial compensation from them. Note this is the 2nd car that I've had this problem with, and I haven't been compensated for my costs incurred by that one (since back in November 2020).

I felt my experience did not matter to him and with that my business didn't matter as well. Also the paperwork mistake really upset me. I still hope what was discarded was shredded. Communication:
No voice mails set up for Ray. I called and called for 2 weeks and also left physical messages and he didn’t get all of them. Once he finally got the message, he was attentive.
I also told the person who answered the phone that I needed Ray, and his vm wasn’t working- they gave me to Al? And I left a message and he didn’t return the call.
I dropped off my requested check stub with the managers. They assured me it would get to Ray and it was lost.
