Jim was super helpful. After this dealership gave me literally the worst car experience I've ever had with my last car( and I've been in a head on collision hit and run) jim redeemed this dealership. What a terrible experience!!! I wanted to buy a 2022 What a terrible experience!!! I wanted to buy a 2022 Kia Stinger so badly. I did the research and found my car. Unfortunately, Kamarie and Dania What a terrible experience!!! I wanted to buy a 2022 Kia Stinger so badly. I did the research and found my car. Unfortunately, Kamarie and Dania at Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Kia didn’t want to play fair. I live in Iowa but am from Schaumburg and am back home often so the 3 hour drive is no big deal. I guess they thought it was a perfect chance to bait me switch me because the price went up since I made my appointment the day before. Who does that? I’m not talked a couple hundred bucks. I mean about $4k in one day. As much as I wanted the car I wasn’t going to pay what they wanted nor will I ever accept being treated like that. Oh, and a smoker was driving that “new” car around town for 400 miles! What kind of operation are you running Bob? Very disappointed - I will take my business elsewhere. More
