I've been a Klaben Mopar customer since 1978. I've always been happy with my vehicle purchases and also their service and parts departments. This recent recall visit for a transmission software u I've always been happy with my vehicle purchases and also their service and parts departments. This recent recall visit for a transmission software update on my leased 2024 Jeep Compass went smoothly. Ridge Hancock, the service technician, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He handled my repair in a professional manner and I was out of the shop and on my way in a reasonable amount of time. More

I had a great experience with bringing my Jeep Grand Cherokee for an oil change & tire rotation. Ridge was very helpful and friendly. We needed a jump start because the battery In our 2018 Jeep Wrangler was dead. They arrived within 10 minutes. We then drove to the Service Department and Service quickly wrote us up for a battery replace Jeep Wrangler was dead. They arrived within 10 minutes.
