The new ( to me ) young lady in service department that I experienced for the first time ,sorry but don’t know her name, was excellent in every way. I mentioned that to Ridge as I was leaving. Years ago I was rapidly moving up at Babcock and Wilcox Corporation then suddenly had to leave due to illness. NOT BRAGGING!! But I recognized quality personnel. Following that I ran a business for 47 years. Only telling my background. Keep up the good work. More

Took my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. As always they took excellent care of my vehicle and advised me of repairs that would be needed in the future. Klaben Jeep in Kent- here’s my latest experience there-start to finish. Call my service guy there, Ridge Hancock- he’s says drop it off anytime and the service techs will take a look. Calls me 2 day there-start to finish. Call my service guy there, Ridge Hancock- he’s says drop it off anytime and the service techs will take a look. Calls me 2 days later- we had 4 issues with the car, and informs me. I give Ridge the go ahead. He now works relentlessly with my 3rd party warranty company to get as much covered as possible, works gets done in about 10 days, and it was a lot of work! While my car was being worked on Klaben Jeep gave me a rental and it was very nice and new. They called and I went and picked my Jeep up- the end. Personal thoughts- I actually feel like they care about customer service, and that’s everybody I had contact with at the dealership. Not sure why and how all the workers seem so content there and willing to help, I appreciate though. Service department- amazing how the got the work done that quickly for me. I know they are extremely busy yet squeezed me in and did a top notch job. Ridge Hancock- a true professional and an asset to any company that’s fortunate enough to have him.
