I’ve left voicemails in three different departments and not once have been called back. I also think when I dropped off my vehicle, I should have been told it would take two full days for it to be finished. I understand my service writer became ill, but returned his message within a hour to get a rental car and then never heard back. I had to Uber over to your store and speak to someone to get a loaner vehicle. I’d rather drive to Encinitas Ford where I bought the truck from and Uber home from there than deal with this ford store. More
