What a Service /Sales Dept. Dakota and Derrick are the best. My vehicle had an extended stay and Dakota called me or texted daily with updates. Derrick, Dakota, Rj, Jennipher, and Walter are more that just employees, they are friends. Even with my new tire purchase, Blackhawks, when Walter saw me paying for a prior service he walked the tire out to me and let me look at it. This is something that I have never seen at other dealerships. When you look at someone other than just being an employee at a business and look at them as being true concerned friends, you have a dealership fo life. In the future it would be nice to know your mechanic, so they can be properly thanked as well. More

We are long time customers. We buy our vehicles there, drive then as long as possible, keeping them maintained there. The services Dept is the prime reason we purchase our cars there. Our last purchase experience was not great, but we know we can count on the service Dept for top quality Maintenance. We will hope for a better salesperson next time. Our favorites have retired or moved on elsewhere. The last salesman kept badgering us to finance the truck we bought. We avoid debt as much as possible, but Clint just refused to complete the paperwork without running a hard credit check. I found that insulting. (Our credit is well above 800.) Since when does the customer not know how he or she intends to pay? And what is wrong with a cash payment from customers of well over 20 years? Rant over. I would never buy from that sales rep again, but as stated above, the service dep-especially RJ and Dakota are top notch. More
