Great Buying Experience Made an appointment through their Internet specialist Wes to set up an appointment to see a used 2014 Toyota Prius V they had advertised on Autotrader Made an appointment through their Internet specialist Wes to set up an appointment to see a used 2014 Toyota Prius V they had advertised on Autotrader. Wes was great communicating back and forth with me to confirm the vehicle was available and a convenient date and time for me to evaluate it. Upon arrival and meeting Wes, I was introduced to Sales Consultant Joe Kenney to find out more about the Prius and test drive the vehicle. Joe is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. At no time did Joe did make me feel pressured and seemed genuine, and helpful to meet my needs. I also wanted to see another Prius at one of their other dealerships a few miles away and Joe went the extra mile driving me there and locating the other vehicle for me to check out. The Sales Manager was friendly, no pressure and quick to evaluate my trade, and finalize my sales agreement for the Prius. I will definitely recommend the Sullivan Honda Sales Team and my experience with them to anyone looking for a new or great used vehicle. More

Highly recommend I worked with David Paolino to purchase a used vehicle. HE was very patient to take me on 2 test drives and then another one with my daughter. He saw that I had researched the vehicles and when it came time to discuss price, the sales manager came over so there would be no wasted time. Rob gave me a VERY attractive price, but I still wanted to explore other opportunities. David was fine with that and put no pressure on. Rob Bates also made sure that everything flowed smoothly, including arranging pickup at the Hartford airport and transportation to the dealership! I was able to handle everything related to the sale of the car over the phone. The day we picked up the vehicle, Dave Paolino was tremendously helpful and thoroughly answered all questions.
