After so many frustrating dealership experiences where they up charge you $10,000 with add ons claiming “they are mandatory”, this was clear, cut, and dry. The way it should be. Robby was thorough in explaining the process that made it easy to follow along. No miss direction, no random numbers coming in left and right. Just a genuine conversation on how I can take the car home and an individual that was right by my side the whole way. Robby even provided companies that could ship my car! Very proactive in every step! If this is how they do business, I’m putting Wilmington NC on my travel list so I can thank them in person. Thank you! More
