Peter and Rob will take good care of you Buying a new car/truck is very low on my list of things I enjoy. However, after my experience at Criswell with Peter Eaton (my second new vehicle) and Buying a new car/truck is very low on my list of things I enjoy. They are knowledgeable and fair, pleasant and responsive and I felt like keeping me happy was the plan the entire time. What's not to like? Scammers! Gave me a loan through someone else... even though they were asked NOT to run my credit(PREAPPROVED) Then couldn’t do anything about Their mistake! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Contacted Peter through though they were asked NOT to run my credit(PREAPPROVED) Then couldn’t do anything about Their mistake! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Contacted Peter through autotrader. He responded almost immediately(even as late as it was). He worked around all my scheduling issues and made every accommodation he could. I took a test drive and was out of there in about an hour! (I had my down payment ready for them to process and financing pre-approved) More
