My experience with Rob Harley, the general sales manager at Younger Nissan, was extremely disappointing. After noticing a price discrepancy on my sales paperwork, I brought it to Rob’s attention. Rather tha at Younger Nissan, was extremely disappointing. After noticing a price discrepancy on my sales paperwork, I brought it to Rob’s attention. Rather than addressing the issue, he openly justified the practice, claiming it was a tactic they use to make their deals “seem more appealing.” When I expressed my concerns, Rob became dismissive and condescending. He further defended the discrepancy with comments like, “This is what we do; you signed this,” showing no willingness to resolve the issue and instead mocking the situation. Rob’s unprofessional and passive-aggressive behavior left me feeling disrespected and misled. I cannot recommend doing business with Younger Nissan under his management, as it reflects a lack of transparency and integrity. More
